Baika Heaton is a Soto Zen Priest and is the founder of Complete Illumination Healing Arts in Lafayette, CA.  In this uplifting conversation, Baika shares how she was led to Zen Buddhism early in her life and how that put her on the path to becoming the healer she is today.  Baika talks about Reiki and Brainspotting, offers her insights on how to be present with someone at the end their life, and how she has relied on the "way seeking mind" that is present in all of us.
